We can only see 15 clients or contacts at a time. We should be able to change that to 100 or 500.

Require improved flow management and organization, such as folders or containers, to help manage the growing number of flows and make it easier for team managers to troubleshoot.

We want to be able to use more SSO providers, but google specifically.

As a company with a lot of Flows, the ability to back them up when many changes are needed would be useful in case the changes don't work as intended, a restore can bring the original flows back.

It would be great to be able to import and export flows and channels for the recreation of a workspace.

We would like the ability to run a delayed action in flow builder sometime after the thread has been created. For example - if a thread is created, we might want to send an auto reply right away that we are looking for someone to assign. But if we aren't able to get to it right away, we may want to send a follow up reply in 5 minutes that all the techs are unavailable and to schedule a follow up if its non-urgent otherwise we will continue to look for someone to assign.

For flows to work correctly, sometimes we need to be able to have prioritization run first so that the correct flow is applied after the prioritization. One such use case would be after hour flows with a lower than p1/2 priority. If done in the wrong order it could tell a p1 ticket that we will get back to them after hours.

When I design flows for auto-assigning members to threads, I often want to also add a secondary cc'd contact to that thread. This enables me to have automatically include managers, trainees, or additional teammates to follow along with threads when a thread is routed to a specific team. Today, thread doesn't offer the ability to cc'd contacts via Flows Action. This
