We do not allow employees to update their profile photos in Teams as we have branded images for each employee. However, some have uploaded custom images to Thread. We have no way of controlling this or even seeing who has done this. Even a manual sync from Microsoft does not overwrite the custom images. We need the ability to overwrite custom images with the Teams profile pics and also to prevent employees from changing their images.
