We are requesting the ability to send mass messages to multiple client organizations through Teams (using Thread) in order to quickly communicate urgent updates. Problem Statement: Currently, there is no efficient way to broadcast a single message to all client contacts within Teams. In situations such as outages, critical security alerts, or widespread service interruptions, our team must send individual messages or rely on external communication methods. This is inefficient, time-consuming, and increases the risk of inconsistent communication. Proposed Solution: Introduce a feature that allows administrators or designated users to compose and send a mass message to all contacts within a client organization’s Teams via Thread. This should allow: * Sending the same message simultaneously to all client users associated with a company. * Customizable recipient selection (entire company, specific group, or role). * Clear tracking/logging of which organizations received the message. * Options for message priority (normal vs. urgent) to flag critical alerts. Business Value: * Ensures consistent, timely communication during outages and security incidents. * Reduces manual effort by eliminating the need for repetitive one-to-one messages. * Improves client trust by guaranteeing all relevant stakeholders are promptly informed. * Creates an official, auditable record of communications sent to client organizations. Impact if Not Implemented: Without this feature, urgent communications will continue to be fragmented and slower than necessary. In the event of major outages or security incidents, this could result in confusion, missed updates, and prolonged client downtime.
