It would be great to have more flexibility in customizing the support buttons on the Thread Teams Messenger app’s landing page. Being able to change the button text, colors, icons, and layout would help MSPs better align the experience with their branding and workflows.
In particular, it would be helpful to have the option to remove or duplicate the existing support buttons — for example, to make the “New Ticket” button more prominent or place it on both sides of the layout.
Right now, when the screen splits, the “New Ticket” button disappears, which makes it less visible for users.
