It would be great to have an integration for Sharepoint to be able to access process documentation stored there. It would need to be limited to certain document libraries, to avoid releasing sensitive information.

We are requesting all Contact Intelligence functionality be made available in a ConnectWise pod. And, the same for all Thread Inbox functionality being made available in ConnectWise pods.
