"Ticket due date": Inbox filter and flows
We use the due date field in connectwise and would like to see it in inbox

Auto Start/Stop Timer When Viewing Tickets
It would be awesome to have the timer automatically start when viewing a ticket and stop when you move away. The general consensus is that when you're looking at a ticket, you're working on it.

When a contact without an email is assigned to a Thread, we would like to see who is assigned
Inbox currently shows "Unknown" when a contact without an email is assigned to a thread.
