Feature Requests

As the app doesn't quite alert loudly or long enough, being able to auto assign chats in round robin to our agents would be helpful to ensure clients get a response from Live Chat.

Currently cant read the names of the channels when its too long.

Group views by folders or separate "My views" from "General views" so we can have more visibility of the views that we create for our own management or organization.

the list of boards to exclude is far longer than the list of boards to include. Maybe an exclude list is not the best UI choice. See attached
