Feature Requests

We want the ability to test magic agents quickly without creating an actual support thread or having to sign in to the chat window on the right-side of the setup page.

Currently, we only support the ability to change the status to "In Progress" when Magic Agent triages the thread and we require the ability to change the status to something else other than "In Progress".
