: Inbox users and end customers can now see avatar images of the people they’re collaborating with within a thread, making service interactions more personal and grounded.

Avatars are automatically synced for contacts whose companies have deployed Thread’s Slack or Microsoft Teams Service app and Inbox users with Thread’s Slack or Microsoft Teams Companion apps. Additionally, Inbox users can upload a custom avatar by navigating to Inbox > Preferences > General and clicking “Upload photo.”

Marc Rosa Can Admin's get the ability to lock to M365 Photos? I don't want employee's putting non-business friendly photos.
