Service Ticket Pod Sorting in ConnectWise

As a user I would like to have the same sort order as my Service Board in ConnectWise in my Service Pod. Currently my service pod sort is oldest to newest. ConnectWise is newest to oldest. I would for my admin to be able to set this setting for our company.
Benefits:
•Improves efficiency by allowing users to see the most recent activity without scrolling.
•Reduces time spent searching for recent updates, especially in busy threads with frequent activity.
•Provides flexibility by letting thread clients choose their preferred sorting method.
