Should be very easy with WhatsApp business integration - lets do this threads, one of the reasons we signed up was for this feature! :)

is there any update on this one? Is it being evaluated? FR is over 4 years old, and it was promised many times. Should be fairly doable with the modern APIs available to WhatsApp, we have seen other solutions (omnichannel service, and CRMs) offer whatsapp as a channel for years now.

We have a lot of clients on WhatsApp that would love this option. Even if ChatGenie leverage the Zendesk Sunshine/Smooch platform they could tie into WhatsApp Business API as well as a lot of these other social platforms where customers are.
