Hi Everyone! We have been able to get this out and released. On the left hand side of your Chatgenie dashboard, under Integrations, you will now see "ITGlue". The integration works on the configuration level, as your tickets are coming in that have configurations, press on "Actions" and hit Get Device Information under ITGlue.
This is our first version and we are working closely with the product team from IT Glue to make it better. Please leave new feedback notes on items you'd like to see!
