We just released our Autotask integration!! You can now connect with Autotask to be able to get your customers to chat with you through Teams or Slack, and you can get all of your updates from Teams and Slack!

ETA? About to go with Liveperson but really like what we're seeing here. We're AutoTask and CloudRadial w/ Teams - we also utilize WHMCS/Intercom for our webhosting. Would be great if just AT worked!
