End users are confused about the OTP emails as the entire solution is white labeled to our brand, but the email comes from thread.

We are in progress of updating the OTP email to be better linked to you. The friendly name will be MSP_Name via Thread and include your MSP logo in the email.

Using your own sending email domain is under review.

We are also experiencing the Thread approval emails being quarantined because they are flagged as "bulk." We prefer not to whitelist them for all of our clients.
