Hello, I have been looking around for the option to disable that actions that the Flows do, does not show up as an internal note. The change could just happen in the background and show up in Audit trail. We work in both the internal and Discusion tab, It would be nice to disable the flow from making a Internal note.

Graham from Diligex requests the ability to turn off automatic internal notes written to ConnectWise for actions taken by Assistive AI, except for the recap note. This would reduce ticket 'noise' for engineers, allowing them to rely on the ticket audit trail for tracking Thread actions, and improve workflow clarity.

Thank you for the comment, Aaron! I agree that the audit trail would be a better place for these. Waiting for an integration of that aswell

You can turn this off in your PSA integration, however we would like the notes to show in the ticket audit trail instead.
