This is available today within Inbox! Users can use slash commands to create a new note, change the thread's status, assign an owner, or take any other action.
Open up Inbox, select a thread, and type the
/
key to see a list of action slash commands. You can then select an option and run that action - all without using a mouse.Thread
We have created the ability to update a ticket card with a note through an action. We are launching a major update to our platform in the coming weeks and will be able to do /chatgenie ticket # - this will pave the way for this ticket.
