We now have several methods for preventing agents from getting swarmed on Chats:
- Agents who don't want to get swarmed can mute the chat channel.
- We offer a new Non-Live chat feature which can be used in addition to or in place of live chats - these service requests wont swarm your team. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like us to enable this feature in your tenant.
