Truncate AutoTask Ticket Numbers to make Voice AI more natural

It would be really nice if the Voice AI would truncate the AI ticket numbers to make it seem more natural for instance the first ticket today would be T20251205.0001 in Autotask land, that's a mouthful to say and when we discuss tickets generally we just reference the ticket just by "T followed by today's date and then 0001" when recalling tickets we ask if the customer is looking at the ticket ending in 0001 and not the ticket T20251205.0001 as an example. The chance of the same end user having multiple tickets with the same 4 digit ending that are both open at the same time is super low. Obviously this does present a small logic problem as the agent would need to differentiate in the event there was legitimately two non-closed tickets ending in the same 4 digit number but that's so rare I would consider that a secondary issue.
