Excited to get this one out! Reactions from Teams Group Chats are now captured in Inbox!
You can also decide whether you want Emoji reactions logged as Internal notes in your PSA or not.

We would use this as well, we live in teams communication, emoji and gifs are used regularly.

We would like to see customer emoji responses to our messages

When we send a message to a customer who is using the slack app. Sometimes they respond with an emoji acknowledgement, e.g. "thumbs up". Unfortunately, we don't see that they acknowledged our message with a thumbs up in Inbox. It would be great if there was a way we could see this!

Simple one! Give us an emoji button in messenger so clients can personalize their messages to us :) Also, I like sending goofy stuff to Thread support, sometimes.

Sometimes clients will just react to the message with a thumbs up, instead of replying to it. This is not something that we can see in Inbox. It would be nice if a message was included such as "X reacted with :emoji:"

This is a big issue for us, we usually request to remote into their PC, but never see their thumbs up.

Hi, sign me up for wanting this feature.

Agreed. We have run into this quite frequently at our MSP.

This would be really helpful so we can know how clients are interacting with us.

Kurt Beard I completely agree, Kurt. A common scenario we hear is that contacts might sign off on a message using the 👍 reaction. Since the tech couldn't see that reaction, they might ask again for confirmation - slowing down time to resolution and creating a minor disconnect for both sides of the service equation.
Great callout.

Marc Rosa Agreed. Kurt & I work together and we have had quite a few engineers bring this up today alone.
