Currently, Magic AI integrated with IT Glue can only access company-specific knowledge articles, and it does not support shared articles that are available across multiple companies. This limitation prevents certain knowledge base content from being pulled into ticket responses, such as shared reference documents. The requested feature is to enable Magic AI to read and utilize shared IT Glue articles, ensuring that important cross-company documentation is accessible during ticket handling and AI-assisted workflows.
