Super Magic can now bundle and merge tickets for ConnectWise partners. Bundling keeps the child tickets open under a parent, and merging closes them into the parent. It works in Super Magic chat, in Flows througt Agent Builder.
HaloPSA support is on the roadmap. Thanks everyone for the feedback!

I fully agree. I tried to create a flow and Super Magic said "bundling is not supported in flows".

Mike Hawkes: Hi Mike, sorry about that! We just updated our docs: bundling is now possible for ConnectWise partners, both in Super Magic chat and in Flows througt Agent Builder. Give it another try and let us know how it goes.
