Super Magic can't write to the Budget Hours field on a ticket today. As a ticket develops and its Type, Subtype or Item changes, the budgeted hours often need to change with it, and right now that has to be done by hand.
Two ways we'd use this:
  1. Reference a budget list. We keep our budgeted hours by Type, Subtype and Item in a documentation tool such as Notion. Super Magic could look up the right value there and update the ticket whenever the classification changes.
  2. One agent per classification. We could build an Agent Builder agent for each Type or Subtype that sets the budgeted hours once a ticket moves into that classification.
Requested change:
  1. Give Super Magic and Agent Builder agents the ability to add and update Budget Hours on a ticket.
This would keep budgeted hours accurate as tickets evolve, without anyone updating them by hand.
