Currently, when techs chat with contacts via the Thread: Real-time Notes tab in HaloPSA, outgoing messages from techs do not appear as notes in the Progress tab. This makes it difficult to view the full conversation history outside the Real-time Notes tab. Having outgoing messages automatically show up as public notes in the Progress tab would improve visibility and streamline ticket review for our team. How could this enhancement help your workflow or improve the platform for your techs?
