When creating a new Thread within Inbox, the only parameters to select are Contact, Board, Source. There's no way to filter by company, so searching by contacts name searches all companies, e.g. if you enter "John" you get a list of all Johns at all companies.

In Connectwise PSA, when creating a ticket, you select company, then contact, which makes it much easier to confirm that you're selecting the right contact.
