Restrict Microsoft SSO to Internal Technicians

Enable a configuration option that allows Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) to be applied only to internal technicians, while customers continue using email code authentication. In the current setup, enabling SSO on the default app ID causes all users, including customers, to be prompted for Microsoft login when deploying the messenger app via RMM. The requested feature would allow technicians who access the Inbox via browser to use Microsoft SSO, but ensure that customers deploying the app with the generic installer always receive email code prompts for authentication. This separation would prevent customer confusion and maintain the intended authentication experience for each user group.
