I was told this is already available In Admin -> Messenger -> Design -> Bottom of the page toggle the "Custom bot replies"

Request to update the default initial response for new tickets so it says 'Ticket' instead of 'Thread'. This would help reduce confusion for end users and align terminology with standard IT ticketing practices. How would this improve the platform for your team?
