Definitely confusing.

Jim: "We're using a new tool called 'Thread' in Slack!"

Sally: "Where? I don't see it?"

Jim: "Well, in Slack it's called 'ChatGenie'"

Sally: "Then why'd you say it was called 'Thread'?

Jim: "Well, it used to be called 'ChatGenie' but now it's called 'Thread'"

Sally: "Well, that's confusing. If they changed their name, why does it still say "ChatGenie" in Slack?"

Jim: "I don't really know...."

Ownership: "Hey, what's this new app in my Slack I see called 'ChatGenie'?"

Jim: "Well, it's a new solution called 'Thread' that integrates with ConnectWise Manage"

Ownership: "If it's call 'Thread' why does it say 'ChatGenie'?"

Jim: "...."
