Some things lend themselves to using a forms question / answer system and thread cannot really do this. Yes, I can have a snippet that links to a cloudradial form, but it takes a human to trigger that. A copilot assist on this would be huge, but until that comes the ability to workflow in some initial form-based questions before the live chat starts is really essential. We should be able to build forms-based multi-choice questions into our threads with the ability for answers to call other functions or questions. Like combining the best functions of Thread and CloudRadial ticket forms where it makes sense to do that. I cant be in a position to ask my end-users to think through and choose which product to use for different situations – I will lose and they will just compose an email for everything because “too hard”.
