Could we all be honest? Manage and Autotask are terrible project management solutions; they are clunky and lack client collaboration. Because of this, we create one project ticket to track time for billable and do the rest in a third-party project management tool called Basecamp. It would be great for Thread to focus on a fabulous support workspace so our service desk doesn't need to toggle between the PSA and Thread. Consider building out a PSA portion to replace the clunkers altogether.

Hi All! We know this is the top most requested feature of Thread - and it has been around for 3 years now! We wanted to let you know that we have (every) year put in hard thought in to how to make this experience great end to end. What we will be doing this year, is to at least have Project Tickets show up in Inbox, Slack and Teams. Furthermore we are planning to add logging to measure the opportunity size.
We will be working our way towards getting this live, by at least resolving small pain points around the experience until we have clarity on the end user experience. Thanks all!

We have recently rediscussed the specs for this and will be working on a simple prototype to get started. We will continue to keep everyone posted on this as the votes on this feature have brought this back alive. Thanks!
