Planner customisation feedback
  • Resizable columns/panels. Allow the Triage and Assigned sections to be dragged wider or narrower. Ticket subjects are currently cut off quite quickly, while a huge amount of space is unused on the right.
  • Expandable Planner view. Give the option to expand the Assigned/calendar section across the screen, particularly when you want to concentrate on planning rather than triage.
  • Collapsible Triage panel. A button to completely collapse Triage would be useful. That would give you a much larger day planner when organising your workload.
