Order Time Entries by Submission Date

Currently, time entries in the Inbox are displayed based on the date work began rather than the date the entry was submitted. This can cause entries to appear far down the list in Autotask when work spans multiple days, making it appear as though recent entries are missing and potentially impacting billing reviews. The requested feature is to have time entries ordered by their submission date, or to tie a date field in the Inbox to the actual entry date, so they reflect in Autotask in the same order they were logged.
