Option to customize my notifications

Currently, thread sends a notifications to inbox as well as the email whenever there is a new response to a thread. There should be an option to choose only one of them or being able to manage the behavior how a specific thread should notify me.

Seems like this has been a requrest for a long time and this needs priority as users in my org are complaining about the chime sound being too loud and not having system level sounds integrated instead of app level just feels limited. Need this feature for sure

+1, also requesting that we can choose (per team or per user) some people that only get swarm notifications. My helpdesk team should get all notification sounds, but the dispatch team should only get swarm sounds when a ticket hits 5 minutes or more
