We'd like the ability for Magic Agent to create more concise, shorter titles for live chat tickets. This would help keep ticket lists cleaner and make it easier to scan and manage conversations. Currently, titles can be too long or detailed. Having a setting or toggle to control title length would improve workflow and usability.
