I'd like to submit a feature request for the Thread desktop app related to ticket navigation and workflow efficiency.

Current Behavior:

When handling different tickets at the same time, each ticket needs to be looked for and opened one at a time. This requires the user to search for and reopen the ticket each time, which interrupts the workflow.

Additionally, the way the app is currently built doesn't take advantage of having multiple views open at once, it reloads the entire app from scratch instead of loading individual tickets independently. This is a behavior that would benefit the application overall.

Requested Feature:

I would like to request a tabbed ticket interface for the desktop app. Two possible approaches:

This improvement would significantly reduce friction when managing multiple tickets at once and improve overall productivity.

Ability to have multiple tickets open at once without having to completely close out each time, similar to how SentinelOne does it where you can minimize the ticket and see it on the bottom of the screen.

Would like to see a more updated look on Inbox like with the web version where you can have multiple windows open with multiple tickets/chats. Would like to see Vertical tabs in Inbox where i can click into each of them and it has whatever i had open in that window. For reference the "vertical tabs" in MS Edge where instead of tabs being at the top like in Chrome, they are on the left side.
