its great that there is a timestamp, but as tickets age and need to be reviewed for items that are a longer time frame for resolution, like project requests waiting on approval, a date stamp additional would prove invaluable. as it stands now, sorting options are vague and basic.

There shouldn't be a need to scroll up to view the date of the conversation. Dates should pin at the top of the conversation or show in context depending on what's in-view. The screenshot attached should help! Let me know if you have any other questions.

do you mean have these chatheads show the date as well? i think that makes sense, easier to tell what date your on at any point in a thread

Master User the issue is that the dates show above the comments which is nice UI for a chat interface but the techs need to see the date of last response without scrolling up to look. This could be fixed by simply listing the date and time of each response on the chat bubble your other grouping by day can for sure stay because that's helpful as well but the date being right on the response is better.
