Can you expose client_company_id and contact_email_address as optional parameters on update_ticket? ConnectWise already has both as writable fields on the ticket record, but the connector only lets us change company as a side effect of assign_contact — so we can't route a catchall ticket to the right company without attaching a contact who may be the wrong person.
