Make Work Type a required field

Adding my voice to this — this is not a minor inconvenience, it's a workflow issue that's only gotten worse with the Autotask Smart Accounting Hub transition. A single missing work type on a time entry can cause an entire client invoice to fail to sync, and tracking down which entry is the culprit is an absolute nightmare.
Making work type a required field on time entries is a straightforward fix that would prevent this entirely.

It's a major problem now
Autotask is killing their existing Quickbooks integration app, infavor of the new Smart Accounting Hub. the new Invoice sync function will fail if the work type on the time entry is empty (Null) having the work type on the ticket isn't enough, it needs to be on each and every time entry for evety ticket for every client across the board, a single entry missing a work type will cause the invoice for that client to fail to sync... MAJOR problem... MAJOR hassle and extremely time consuming to fix. Imagine 1000 time entries and one of them is missing a work type, I don't know of a way for the system to show me which one is missing. I had to void and un-post, then manually go through each and every ticket, re-open the ticket, edit each and every time entry on the ticket, just to SEE if the the work type was empty or not... MAJOR problem...
