Currently, Magic AI and Triage Agent cannot read or utilize ITGlue knowledge articles, even when the ITGlue integration is active and data is available. Users are limited to viewing configurations and attachments through the Inbox Actions section, which prevents Magic AI from retrieving critical client documentation such as ISP details or account information. The request is to enhance Magic AI’s integration with ITGlue so it can query, access, and incorporate knowledge articles and other stored information directly in ticket responses, improving support efficiency and reducing the need for manual lookups.

Our preference is a Sharepoint site, so we can customize per customer. In combination with a logic app in Azure to keep everything within the miscrosoft enviroment. Also we don't want to give end-users access to IT-Glue/MyGlue. But I love the idea!
