We should have CoPilot to analyze the first message that opens the thread, use the output as the thread name and inject the actual message to be the description of the actual ticket. this would help making concise thread names which will help on the ticketing systems.

hmm... isn't the first message usually something to the effect of
"Hi, thank you for reaching out, how can I help you?"
Would it make more sense, in CW Manage, to analyze the note marked "issue"?
