Magic Agent should recognize and display document attachments in emails and chats
J
Justin Turney (Admin)
Currently, the Magic Agent only recognizes image attachments and does not acknowledge document files (such as PDFs or Word documents) when they are included in emails or chat messages. This leads to confusion, as the agent may state there are no attachments even when a document is present. Having the agent at least recognize and display document attachments (even if it cannot read their contents yet) would help users confirm that files were received and avoid miscommunication. This improvement would streamline workflows and reduce support friction for teams relying on document sharing.

Triage Agent Attachment Detection for Non-Image Files
J
Jamie Tennis
The Triage Agent should be able to detect and acknowledge when a non-image file (e.g., CSV, PDF, Word, Excel) has been attached by the user, without needing to read or extract the file contents. Currently, the agent has no awareness of document attachments and continues to prompt users to upload files that have already been successfully attached and are visible in the PSA. The request is specifically for attachment presence detection, not content processing. This causes confusion for end users who are repeatedly told their files are not coming through despite multiple successful uploads.
