Inbox View for Tickets with Any Client Response

Requesting an Inbox filter or view that displays tickets where clients have responded, regardless of the original ticket source (email, chat, etc.). Currently, filters like 'Last Updated By Contact' and 'Source: Thread Messenger' only show tickets started in chat, but do not include tickets started via email that later receive chat responses. This feature would help MSPs track all client interactions more effectively and ensure no responses are missed, improving workflow and visibility.
