Ignore tickets by title

We need Thread to automatically ignore and not process tickets with specific titles, such as 'M365 Licenses are Underprovisioned for XeBee.' This would prevent unwanted automation triggers and reduce manual cleanup, especially when external workflows (like Rewst) generate tickets that should be excluded from Thread's processing. Having this capability would improve workflow efficiency and help keep our ticketing environment tidy.

Huge plus one. We work in the UK education sector and the school holidays across the year result in a flurry of new tickets logged because of Out of Office responses to these. Thread triage for emails is trying to respond and triage each and every one of these which is a pointless task. A simple "descriptive" way in the Triage agent on what to ignore and not respond to would be the most practical in my eye.
