e.g. we have a Teams channel for P1 alerts, we have a Flow that sends messages to this channel. In ConnectWise, we have a workflow that adds several updates/notes to the ticket to help guide the engineers, however, we don't want those updates shown in Teams, just the initial ticket description, not the updates
