ConnectWise shows bundled in notes on the parent thread. We would like the same functionality from the Thread Pods in the PSA.

CW: Linked Parent Thread Shows Child Ticket Data

We'd like to include/merge the child ticket data into the parent ticket data for display in Thread Inbox. CW shows all notes and entries within the parent ticket, and we'd like the same data showing within Inbox for the parent ticket once merging is complete. We currently merge via Thread already and this functionality will help our technicians out.
