We use rewst, so a failure could be any number of things. API-wise, 4XX 5XX errors would do it, workflow wise, a Jinja syntax issue could also do it
this would definitely be more catered toward the custom workflows we have going on. So like creating a customer new hire in ALL systems- if any step of that goes wrong, then the fail notif would fire into teams for that onboarding ticket
ideally alos pinging the Teams channel
