Hi there. You can now override the default bot responses with your own custom greetings.
You can find this in Admin > Messenger > Settings
You can also override these settings on a per customer level under Clients.

Hi All! We have launched Actions in Flows! This allows for you to create custom responses from the Bot that is customer facing AND internal.
We have also gotten requests to be able to ask questions and record those answers - we would love to see if our first version is helpful for customers and if not, what do we need to add?

Mark Alayev: I have noticed that the reply's do not seem to work when the client chats from the teams integration. They work when in the Standard Messenger Chat, but not on the Teams Side.
