Copilot: Support PSA ticket tags in Copilot priority rules (ex “tag: VIP”)

Partners sometimes have custom tags built to identify important contacts or customers (ex: "tag this ticket as 'VIP' if the contact is Mark").
Partners want to have Copilot utilize some tags in its rules engine to increase or decrease a thread's priority based on the tag ("set all 'VIP' tickets to P1")

I'd like the ability for thread to read the Client Status from company details within Connectwise Manage.
I think this feature can be very useful for determining priority of tickets based on sensitive or VIP clients
