This is now live on ConnectWise workspaces. CoPilot, later Ask Magic, is now Super Magic.
On request: ask Super Magic to find related or duplicate tickets and bundle or merge them. Nothing changes until you confirm.
Automatically: add an Agent Builder step to a flow with Merge / Bundle Tickets ticked, or use a ready-made agent from the Magic Library: Duplicate Hunter, Alert Storm Merge or Monitoring Companion Merge.
By hand: use Link Threads in Inbox (Ctrl/⌘ + Shift + L).

Thread should be able to merge tickets for the same issue (duplicates) to avoid working out of multiple tickets for the same issue.

Sometimes tickets are submitted in duplicate by accident, or several locations may be affected by the same issue - Thread should have the ability to merge tickets, perhaps through the Planner.

Another good use case for this is the reply all storm.
Maybe there would be a bundle/merge recommended screen.
