Partners using ConnectWise Streamline IT (SIT) want to allow SIT members to access Thread while ensuring their ConnectWise company-level restrictions are fully honored. Specifically, SIT members should only be able to see clients and data they have access to in ConnectWise directly. Currently, Thread does not support granular permission enforcement for SIT members, which creates a data visibility risk when granting them Thread access. This feature would allow MSPs to safely onboard SIT users into Thread without exposing them to unauthorized client data.
