Configurable exclusion list and auto-ignore for 'support' addresses in Triage Agent

Request the ability for Triage Agent to ignore emails from a configurable list of addresses or domains (add/remove as needed), and to automatically ignore any sender address that starts with 'support'. This is to prevent auto-reply loops, reduce ticket clutter, and avoid unnecessary communication with vendors or automated systems. Immediate review requested due to operational impact.
